The Marymount University Fall Prospect Camp is designed for high school wrestlers desiring to wrestle in college. This camp will focus on technique and strategies in addition to live wrestling sessions with college wrestlers. This is an opportunity to experience a collegiate atmosphere and prepare for the upcoming Super32. Prospective wrestlers who are able to come in Friday evening (Oct. 6) will be able to experience campus life, they can eat dinner with the MU team and spend the night in the dorms with the wrestlers
Camp Schedule
9:00 am-10:00 am Check in
10:00 am-10:15 am Introductions and Warm Up
10:15 am-11:30 am Technique and Drilling Session
11:30 am-1:30 pm Tour and Lunch Break (lunch provided on campus)
1:30 pm-3:00 pm College Style Practice with Live Wrestling
3:00 pm-4:00 pm Takedown tournament
