JMHS Warhawks Youth Wrestling Camps
Our camp focuses on preparing campers to be all around athletes. We train for strength, agility and over all body awareness and control through various games and drills. Combined with basic wrestling position and moves. You must prepare your body to get on the mat.
Session 1 is June 21 - 25, 2021: 8:30am to 2:30pm
Session 2 is July 26 - 30, 2021: 8:30am to 2:30pm
